Snap-Up Products Inc. is a custom injection molder of thermoplastic components. Our staff can design and engineer thermoplastic applications for any industry. We perform all aspects of producing parts, from assembly to insert molding to decorating. We can produce components of virtually any size and accommodate any volume. Our company was founded in 1988 as a plastic injection molding Company serving the Perimeter Security Alarm industry. Since then, we have expanded our manufacturing to include a broad range of industrial and consumer plastic products. Our commitment from the start, was customer satisfaction, quality products, on time delivery, and competitively low rates. Since it’s inception, Snap-Up Products has experienced a 35% growth rate annually. The company serves its customers throughout the United States and Canada from our manufacturing facility in Campbell, California. In 2000, Snap-Up acquired the DUBLKUTTR Ô line of metal-cutting Tool holders and Boring-Bar holders from Florida West Manufacturing. Our commitment to quality was extended to include this product line.

Plastic Injection Molding

Snap-Up Products is known for quality workmanship in custom plastic injection molding for the creation of plastic parts in a variety of engineering thermoplastic materials. Our network of associated companies produces quality tooling for molding plastic parts in both prototype and production quantities. Our inhouse capabilities include injection molding and secondary processes including pad printing, ultrasonic welding, hot stamping, and assembly. Snap-Up’s proprietary product lines include items in the medical, recreation, security and automotive fields. Our designers have launched many innovative concepts over the years.
Some of the products included:

         - A disposable surgical blade remover. This was met with great response from the

                                                 medical field.

                                                - A plastic bicycle hub which combined with plastic bearings, required no lubrication.

                                           - Fishing lures for deep-sea fishing.

Rapid Tooling & Prototyping

Our network of associated companies produce quality injection molding tooling in aluminum and steel for the right price with very short lead times. We can provide Rapid Tooling and Rapid Prototyping. Our toolmakers have extensive experience in creating injection mold tooling from customer provided 3D CAD data, 2D drawings or simple hand-drawn sketches on paper. Our tooling capabilities range from single cavity prototype molds for lower volumes to fully automated multi-cavity molds for higher production volumes. We can have simple aluminum molds produced in as quick as 5 days.

Cutting Tools for Metalworking Machinery

Snap-Up Products prides itself in producing the DUBLKUTTR Ô line of double-sided lathe Tool holders and double-ended Boring-Bar holders. These products save our customers time and money in that they each serve multiple functions within one tool. Currently, these products are being sold through McMASTER-CARR Supply and other fine industrial suppliers.
